What is the difference between Holistic and Natural?

Companies can market products as "Natural" as long as at least 3 ingredients are natural. Natural does not necessarily mean chemical free or safe. Holistic ingredients, on the other hand, are plant-based, chemical free and non-toxic.
How long is a custom makeup appointment?

Your custom appointment will be scheduled for 1 hour.
What is your cancellation policy for a custom appointment?

24 hours. No shows will be charged the $50 appointment fee.
How long does it take to get my custom makeup?

You leave your custom makeup appointment with your product(s). Subsequent orders can be shipped to you in as little as a week.
My lipstick color is no longer available. Can you make it?

Absolutely! We can recreate any retired color lipstick so you can keep using your favorite color.
Am I charged the $50 appointment fee multiple times if I want more than 1 product?

No, the $50 fee is a per appointment charge and can be applied to the cost of all products you are purchasing (lipstick excluded).
Do I need to make an appointment if I only want custom lipstick?

No, if you want us to recreate an existing color you can simply mail us your current product and we will color match it. Contact us to learn more about this process.
